Integration with

You can enable integrations with in Administration - Applications.

To enable integration:
  1. Select the Applications item in the menu of the Administration section.
  2. Click the Connect button.
  3. In the window that opens, specify the URL of the instance, the username and password of the user.


You will see notifications about incorrect data entry in the following cases:
  • If you entered an invalid instance URL or the specified instance does not exist.
  • If you have entered an incorrect username and/or password.
  • If the user whose account was used to connect the integration was disabled in


When disabling integration with

  • All saved settings for linking templates to case types will be reset.
  • All previously synchronized templates (links to them) will be deleted.
