A user can configure and save filters for each type of object. When switching to another type of object or to the Cases section, the filter settings are reset.



  • The sidebar can now be hidden in the calendar lists by pressing the Hide button.
  • Users can switch the calendar display type on the filter panel. 
  • The format of displaying events and tasks in the calendar has changed:
    • The Week and Day displays the event/task name, the case and the start time of event or the due date of task.

    • Tasks with the specified due date and time are displayed on the general grid in accordance with the date and time.

    • Tasks with the Closed status are displayed with a strikethrough names.



The Employees tab of the company card now displays the name of the employee as a link to the card of this member.



  • Bulk assignment/changing of the responsible person in the task list is now available. It is possible to specify an empty list of users to reset the list of responsible for the marked tasks. 
  • When one selects responsible people for tasks on the case card, the list displays user groups and users who have access to this case.

  • The Create operator allows auto assigning to new tasks.



  • The filter Working status has been added to the list of users, where it is possible to select the value Working or Not working
  • The following fields have been removed in the user's card from the Personal data block:
    • Company name;

    • Job title;

    • Branch office;

    • Company Website.

  • The Job Information block has been added to the user card with the following fields:

    • Working status: Working or Not working;

    • Company name;

    • Job title;

    • Branch office;

    • Company Website.

  • Now it is possible to enter the - symbol in the personal data of the user and the client in fields of the full name.
  • Added the ability to mass change the working status (Working/Not working) in the list of users via the ellipsis menu.



The Managers block has been added to the information about the user group. One or more users can be added to the block. Removing users from the list of managers is also available.



  • In the section Permissions in the section AdministrationUsers, the rights are now divided into two categories:
    • User card – determines the level of access to the Personal data block and other data in the user card:
      • View;

      • Edit all;

      • Edit subordinates;

      • Create;

      • Delete all;

      • Delete subordinates.

    • User working data – determines the level of access to the Job information block in the user card:

      • View all;

      • View subordinates;

      • Edit all;

      • Edit subordinates.



  • In the list of workflows, it is now possible to create folders and subfolders using the + button. Working with folders in Workflow section is similar to working with folders in Reports and Documents sections. 
  • When workflow is being created or edited, the name of the workflow displays the folder where the workflow is located in the format: Workflow/Folder name/Script name (Workflow status). The folder name is a link to the folder.
  • When creating a task in the Create operator, one can select the responsible person in the automatic distribution mode. When the script starts:
    • The system distributes tasks to the less busy user out of those specified in the option, counting the number of unclosed tasks;

    • Only those users with the Working status are involved in the distribution;

    • If several users are found with the same number of unclosed tasks, the person in charge will be selected at random.

  • Now in a manual automation script and in a JS script, it is possible to open any URL in a new browser tab. The link opens to the user who ran the manual script.
