Granting access rights to a folder and a subfolder

You can grant access to any folder/subfolder for one or several colleagues, as well as for a group of users, specifying for each type of rights — administration, commenting, only viewing or editing.

Granting rights

  1. Open the Cases section.
  2. Select the folder/subfolder of interest.
  3. On the top bar, click on the icon and select the Share folder function.
  4. In the last line of the list, enter the name of the user group, last name, or mail and select the option you want.
  5. To the right of the name, select the type of rights from the list - partial view, view only, comment, edit, administration. *
  6. Click the Save button.

Change of rights and removal of rights

  1. To change access rights, open Share this folder and make changes: add users or select a new type of rights.
  2. To block access to a folder/subfolder, click on the icon next to the user's last name or group name and click Delete.
  3. Confirm the deletion by clicking Delete.
  4. Click the Save button.

Partial View grants partial view rights to the folder containing the case.
View provides a view of all projects and cases in the folder.
Edit provides commenting and editing projects and cases located in the folder.
Administration allows you to create and edit projects, archive and restore a folder, delete a folder, control access to a folder.
