Creating and editing folders and subfolders

Folders are intended for grouping projects that are related to a common theme. In the To-do section, you can view a list of folders you have created, as well as folders that your colleagues have shared with you.

  1. Open the Cases section.
  2. On the sidebar on the left, place the cursor on the New folder line.
  3. Specify the folder name and press the Enter key.
  4. To rename a folder, double-click the left mouse button on the name.
  5. Erase the text, add a new name, and press the Enter key.

Create a subfolder

  1. Open the Cases section.
  2. Click on the icon next to the folder where you want to add levels.
  3. Click Add Subfolder.
  4. Please enter a title.
  5. Click on the Add button.
  6. To rename a folder, click on the icon and select Rename subfolder.
  7. Erase the text, add a new title.
  8. Click on the Rename button.
