Case.one Version 1.47

Account settings

Now a user can upload, download and change translation files in the Administration - Account section in the following languages. This function allows for changing object names.

Workflows

  • Now the Edit operator is used instead of the Fill one. Please note:
    • Te Edit operator is available only for filling in the case fields;
    • Only one Field block can be specified in one Edit operator;
    • One can specify in the Object field only events and tasks defined earlier in this workflow in the Create and Wait Action operators.
  • A manual workflow now can now be run in several cases. The maximum number of cases can be set (the default value is 100 cases). Please note:

    • If the number of cases is exceeded, a notification will be displayed;
    • If in one or several cases an object as a trigger result of a workflow was not creaed, a notification that the workflow was not started will be displayed;
    • If the workflow was run successfully, a notification will show the number of cases in which the workflow was run.
  • In the Notify operator, it is possible to select a field with the type Object-User in the Parameters block in the Recipients field, if the value Out of Case was selected.

Tasks

  • The person responsible for a task receives the following notifications by email:
    • Providing an interim report by the task;
    • Approaching the deadline for completing the task;
    • Expiration of the task;
    • Editing the task.
  • Notifications come regardless of the subscription to the case, rights in tasks and cases. If a user group is specified as the responsible one, all users of the group receive a notification. If the user is specified both directly and in the group, notification will be sent once.

Cases

  • The possibility of bulk archive/unzip cases was added. The function is not available for the client portal.
  • Now manual workflows can be run in several cases.

    • The maximum number of cases can be set (the default value is 100 cases). Please note:

      • If the number of cases is exceeded, a notification will be displayed;
      • If in one or several cases an object as a trigger result of a workflow was not creaed, a notification that the workflow was not started will be displayed;
      • If the workflow was run successfully, a notification will show the number of cases in which the workflow was run.
  • Responsible people now can be changed in several cases at once.
  • Filling blocks and fields in a case on created tabs for a given type of case is similar to filling blocks and fields on standard tabs in a case. Saving changes on each tab is performed separately. After each saving, an event change message is generated in the event tape. If no blocks are available to the user on the tab, the tab is not displayed. At merge or split cases, tabs in the case types are not changing.

Client requests

  • The Created case field in the Summary block of the client request is displayed for clients if the case was created by a request. If the case has not been created, the field is not displayed.
  • A Note field has been added to the Summary block of the client request. Changing a field in the client portal is not available.
  • When the status of a client request is changed, an email notification is sent to the author of the request. It is possible to transfer to the request by using the View request button at the notification.

Practice Areas

  • Now practice area tabs can be displayed in the constructor on the Settings tab in the Tabs block. The list displays information about the name and type of tab.
  • One can now add tabs to a practice area by using the Add button in the Tabs block. Please note that it is necessary to specify the tab name. The Additional data tab will be set automatically and will not be available for change. One can add an unlimited number of tabs.
  • Created tas can be edited and deleted.
  • The list of added tabs is displayed on the tab bar of the practice area constructor after the Basic tab.
  • On the created tab
    • A user can create blocks, lines, fields similar to existing ones;
    • Blocks can't be hidden depending on the case stage;
    • One can use fields within one tab in one block;
    • A custom data block in a practice area can be used one time, regardless of the block location.
  • Masks for text fields can be added. The following characters are available for entering into the mask:
    • 0 - all numbers;
    • L - all letters;
    • A - all letters and numbers;
    • . ,:; - / () - the specified characters;
    • \, "" - The next character specified by \ and the characters inside "" are displayed in the form in which the user entered.
  • For text fields with a given mask, it is possible to add a default value. One cannot enter a value in the field if an incorrect character is entered or the character limit is exceeded. When you change the mask, the default value is deleted.
