Reports

  • Users can now use the Project/Case/Event/Main/Attached file field in reports. The report displays the name of the document.
  • Reports now contain the following information from client requests:
    • Main:
      • Number - in the report it is displayed with reference to the client request;
      • Type;
      • Creation date;
      • Initiator;
      • Responsible;
      • Status;
      • Case - in the report displays the name of the case that was created by the client request. The report also displays the same thing as on the client request card. Displayed with reference to the case.
    • Blocks:
      • Block Names
        • Field Name
  • When using filtering of the entire report or when filtering of a column, it is available of using the system and created fields from client requests. It is not possible of using filtering by client request fields if another root object is already selected in the report, for example, Project, Administration, Participants.

Workflows

  • Users can now create an event with a document (with the "Create" operator). When creating an event with a document, the file is created in the case/root folder of the documents, depending on the case specified in the workflow.
  • The Script operator has been improved:
    • Expanded the Description field;
    • Removed the Script field;
    • Replaced the open button of the script editor to the Change script button;
    • The form of the script editor is expanded to make writing code easier;
    • The operator is available to save without the written code;
    • When executing a script without a written code, the script is not executed.
  • Added the possibility of searching by the name or description of workflow or script In the Workflows section.
  • The workflows and scripts filtering panel were added to the list of workflows:
    • Filtering by type:
      • All - default value

      • Manual

      • Scheduled

      • Auto

      • Script

    • Filtering by status:

      • All - default value

      • Active

      • Inactive

    • Filtering by last modified date:

      • All - default value

      • Standard filter by date

  • When working with Scheduled, the Script and Notify operators are executed for each case that satisfies the specified filtering.
  • When using the Notify operator in the Scheduled, the following text is displayed in the letter: "Automatic script %ScriptName% in case %Case name with a link to it% executed in %TIME%", where %TIME% is the trigger time of the workflow.

Cases

  • All stages of archived cases can now be viewed. The viewing of stages is available with View rights to the case. When opening a case, which in the archive, the case opens at the current stage.
  • The Images block is displayed in the case card if it was added to the constructor for this type of case. Images in the block are displayed from old to new. The number of images in a row and the width of each image are determined by the library used.
  • In the block, the following actions are available for each image:
    • to open image;
    • to delete the image;
    • to download the image.
  • Added the possibility to download one or more images in the formats: * .gif, * .jpg, * .jpe, * .jpeg, * .png by drag-and-drop.
  • When the image is loading, the following attributes will automatically be added:
    • name - contains the name of the file along with the extension, is not editable;
    • caption - the default field is empty, available for editing (maximum length - 280 symbols).
  • When viewing a particular image next operations are available:
    • Add or edit a caption (280 symbols limit);
    • Download the image;
    • View the next image, if this is the last image in the block, then the operation is not available;
    • View the previous image, if this is the first image in the block, then the operation is not available.
  • The Image block and all pictures in it are copied when:
    • creating a case from a client request;
    • extracting the case.

 

Events

  • Users can now attach existing or new files (similar to attaching files to a task) on the event form with the following parameters:
    • document type;
    • the date of loading the document;
    • the name of the document;
    • document file.
  • There are specificities of adding files to events:
    • If the event is not tied to the case, the document is created in the "Documents" shared folder. If the event is tied to a case, the document is created in the root folder of the documents in the case.
    • When transferring the event from case to case, a document is not created in the new case.
    • The document is not created if the event was initially without a tied case, or if the event is transferred out of the case.
    • File removal from the event is available.
    • When deleting a document from the case, the document will disappear from all events in which it was attached. When removing a document from an event, the document will remain in the case.
    • If the user does not have rights to the "Documents" section in the case, he will be able to download files from the event, but will not be able to add a new file to the event.
    • When synchronizing with CB, if a document is attached to an event, it will be specified in the "File" field on the event form.
  • Added the ability to use the Project/Case/Event/Main/Attached file field in reports. The report displays the name of the document.
  • Added the ability to creatу an event with a document in workflows.
  • Added the ability to savу filters presets in the event feed and on the "Events" tab of the case card:
    • when saving the preset, the name is necessary to field, the name limit is 200 characters;
    • it is possible to create several presets with the same name;
    • presets are saved for each user separately;
    • editing saved presets are not available;
    • it is possible to delete of presets, at deleting the preset values of all filters will be cleared;
    • saved presets are displayed by 20 entries (from new to old);
    • Presets can be saved at unlimited of number.

 

Participants

  • The search for participants has been improved. In the search results, participants first displays, in the title of which there is a complete match, then results with a partial match.

 

Practice Area

  • When creating a case type, a form with main information about the case type will open (the required fields remain the same):
    • Name;
    • Effort;
    • Abbreviation;
    • Description.
  • After filling of information and clicking at the "Create" button, the case type constructor will open. Main information about the case type is displayed on the "Settings" tab and it is available for editing.
  • The Images system block has been added to the case type constructor, which cannot be removed from the list of blocks. The system block is displayed at the top of the list. In the Images block are not available next actions:
    • to change block name;
    • to make a block multiblock;
    • to add fields to the block;
    • to view and edit the "Description" field.

 

Intake forms

  • After filling of information at the form of creating the client form and clicking the Create button, the constructor of client forms will be opened. The main information about the form is displayed on the Settings tab and it is available for editing:
    • Name;
    • Effort;
    • Link;
    • Description.
  • The "Images" system block has been added to the client form constructor, which cannot be removed from the list of blocks. The system block is displayed at the top of the list. In the Images block, the following sections are disabled
    • to change block name;
    • to make a block multiblock;
    • to add fields to the block;
    • to view and edit the Description field.
  • The work with the Images block in the client request card is similar to work with the block in the case card.

 

Register Forms

  • After filling in the information at the form of creating the register form and clicking the Create button, the constructor of  register forms will be opened. The main information about the form is displayed on the Settings tab and it is available for editing:
    • Name;
    • Description.
  • The Images system block has been added to the register form constructor, which cannot be removed from the list of blocks. The system block is displayed at the top of the list. In the Images block, the following sections are disabled
    • to change block name;
    • to make a block multiblock;
    • to add fields to the block;
    • to view and edit the Description field.
  • The work with the Images block in the registration card is similar to work with the block in the case card.
