Viewing the calls list
- From the main navigation menu on the left click on CALLS.
- The Date column contains the date and time of the call start.
- The Call column shows
- Icon with call type: incoming, outgoing, missed.
- The name of the interlocutor or their phone number (if there is no name). - The User column shows the name of the last user participated in the call.
- The Duration column includes the duration of the call.
Viewing and editing a call
- From the main navigation menu on the left click on CALLS.
- Click the call or the ⋮ icon near the call you want to edit.
The call pop-up contains the following information:
- Case — the field is empty by default. Can be changed manually.
- User — the Case.one user that participated in the call.
- Contact — the name of the contact called or their phone number (if there is no name).
- Call Time — the date and time of the call start.
- Duration — the total duration of the call
- Description — Can be edited by a user.
- Call Record — the audio file of the recorded call that can be downloaded.
