Integration with Microsoft Exchange allows you to send and reply to emails directly from Case.one. In order to work with letters inside the system, the administrator must enable general integration with Microsoft Exchange, and the user must connect their account to Case.one.
- From the main navigation menu on the left click on ADMINISTRATION.
- Select the APPLICATIONS item.
- In the Mail block, click the Connect button next to the Microsoft Exchange line.
- To disable integration, click on the Disable button.
