Integration with Microsoft Outlook 365

Integration with Microsoft Outlook 365 allows you to send and reply to emails directly from In order to work with letters inside the system, the administrator must enable general integration with Microsoft Outlook 365, and the user must connect their account to

  1. From the main navigation menu on the left click on ADMINISTRATION.  
  2. Select the APPLICATIONS item.
  3. In the Mail block, click the Connect button next to the Microsoft Outlook 365 line.
  4. To disable integration, click on the Disable button.
