Sending a request to create a new case

You as a client can send from the protal a request for creating a case at any time. Just select a form and specify necessary information. A user with appropriate rights will receive your request create a case.

  1. Open the Requests tab.
  2. Click the Plus button.
  3. Select a form in the list.
  4. Specify necessary information.
  5. Click Send in the lower right corner.
  6. To delete a request, click the icon near it.
