You as a client can send from the protal a request for creating a case at any time. Just select a form and specify necessary information. A user with appropriate rights will receive your request create a case.
- Open the Requests tab.
- Click the Plus button.
- Select a form in the list.
- Specify necessary information.
- Click Send in the lower right corner.
- To delete a request, click the ⋮ icon near it.
