In the client portal you have access to all the cases in which you were invited. On the Cases tab, you can view a list of cases available to you. With the help of filters and the context search bar, you can quickly find the case you need.
- Open the Cases tab — this is a full list of cases available to you.
- Use filters if necessary. Specify the status of the case: in work or in the archive and select its type.
- You can also use the quick search bar by clicking on the Magnifier icon.
- To view the case card, click on its name.
- In the new tab you will see all the available information on the case.
