Viewing cases list and case summary page

In the client portal you have access to all the cases in which you were invited. On the Cases tab, you can view a list of cases available to you. With the help of filters and the context search bar, you can quickly find the case you need.

  1. Open the Cases tab — this is a full list of cases available to you.
  2. Use filters if necessary. Specify the status of the case: in work or in the archive and select its type.
  3. You can also use the quick search bar by clicking on the Magnifier icon.
  4. To view the case card, click on its name.
  5. In the new tab you will see all the available information on the case.
