How can I assign an existing task to another case ?
You can now change an existing task and assign it to another case without the need to delete and recreate it again. In order to change the task please follow the steps below.
- Open the case in your Case.one account and select Tasks.
- Find and open the task you want to change to another case.
- Click on the Case Name in the task window and select the destination Case you want to move the task to
- Click Save.
Note: After this process is complete, the task will be removed from the existing case and moved into the destination one.
