Setting cases list

You can customize the columns of the cases list in the Cases section, as well as in all custom objects.

To customize the columns:

  1. In the Cases section, click the button in the upper-right corner of the cases list.
  2. Select Columns Settings.
  3. The settings window is open. Check the columns that you need. Uncheck a column if it is not needed. To search for a column, start typing its name in the Search field - only the columns that match the name will remain in the list.
  4. Click the Apply button.

The cases list is updated. New columns are added to the end of the list.


You can reorder the columns by dragging and dropping them in the table.


Each column in the Column Settings list is a field in the case card. In addition to common fields, the list contains custom fields that you can also add. Since there are many such fields and they can be repeated, we added the name of the block in which the field is contained before the name of the field. When you add a column to the table, the block name will not be visible.

Notice! In the list, you will find fields of those blocks only you have access.

You can sort the list by one of the columns. To do this click column's name - sorting will be done in ascending order. Click again if you want to sort in descending order.


Attention! Sorting does not work if Elasticsearch is enabled on the instance. Check with your administrator.
