How to Assign Several Tasks at Once

Note: You cannot assign tasks, if you don't have edit tasks rights or relative cases are archived. 

  1. Open the Tasks section.
  2. Select tasks in the first column.
  3. Click menu_white_fr.jpg button in the top-right corner.
  4. Select Assign.
  5. Click in the Assign field to open the users' list (there are no clients in the list).
  6. Select one or more users. Clear check boxes or select No assignee to reset.
  7. Click in the Assign field to close the list.
  8. Click the Assign button.

The assignees are changed. New assignees are notified.


Note: You can assign users on the Tasks tab of the case card in the same way.
