Note: You cannot assign tasks, if you don't have edit tasks rights or relative cases are archived.
- Open the Tasks section.
- Select tasks in the first column.
- Click button in the top-right corner.
- Select Assign.
- Click in the Assign field to open the users' list (there are no clients in the list).
- Select one or more users. Clear check boxes or select No assignee to reset.
- Click in the Assign field to close the list.
- Click the Assign button.
The assignees are changed. New assignees are notified.
Note: You can assign users on the Tasks tab of the case card in the same way.
