Filtering Tasks Within a Case

Over the lifetime of a case there may be a long list of tasks that are created and completed.  With Case.one you can filter tasks so you see only what you are interested in seeing.  Tasks for a given case can be created by one individual, and then assigned to and completed by others.  With these filters task management at the case level is simple and easy to accomplish.

Filtering Within a Case

  1. From the main navigation menu on the left click on CASES.  
  2. Open the case by clicking on the case name.

  3. Click on the TASKS tab in the top panel menu.

  4. Tasks can be filtered by Status, Creator, Due Date, Creation Date, or Assignee.  Set the filters specifically for your needs.  For example, to see only tasks completed set Status to Completed.

    Now, only tasks completed for this case will be shown, see below:

    Filtering options include:

    Status
    Creator
    Date
    Assignee
