The client's password for his/her Client Portal is completely self-managed. Passwords are never stored and therefore can never be retrieved. Password recovery requires the client to request a new password link that allows them to re-create a password for their use.
Changing Password
- Go to the log in page for Case.one. For example: https://firmname.case.one
- Enter Username and click on Forgot password?
- Enter User email and click on SEND LINK
- Once the User receives the email for password recovery the User should click on RESET PASSWORD.
- In the Enter new password window enter a new password, confirm it and click on RESET. The User can now use their new password to access the Client Portal.
