What to do when clients forget their Client Portal password?

The client's password for his/her Client Portal is completely self-managed.  Passwords are never stored and therefore can never be retrieved.  Password recovery requires the client to request a new password link that allows them to re-create a password for their use.

Changing Password

  1. Go to the log in page for Case.one.  For example:  https://firmname.case.one
  2. Enter Username and click on Forgot password?

  3. Enter User email and click on SEND LINK

  4. Once the User receives the email for password recovery the User should click on RESET PASSWORD.

  5. In the Enter new password window enter a new password, confirm it and click on RESET.  The User can now use their new password to access the Client Portal.
