It is possible to change the name of the case after creating it.
Changing case name
- Click on CASES in the left navigation menu on the Home Page.
- Find the name of the case you want to change and click on it to open it.
- Locate the Case field in the top block of the Summary tab and click on it to edit it.
- Type the new name.
- Click on the Save icon at the bottom right of the window to save the change.
