Changing a case's name

It is possible to change the name of the case after creating it.

Changing Case name

  1. Click on CASES in the left navigation menu on the Home Page.
  2. Find the name of the case you want to change and click on it to open it.
  3. Locate the Case name field in the top block of the Summary tab and click on it to edit it.
  4. Type the new name.
  5. Click on the Save icon at the bottom right of the window to save the change.
