In Case.one, local settings can be set to allow for customization of the interface. Local settings can be made for:
- Time Zone
- Owner (account)
- First Day of Week
Note: You must be an Administrator to make setting adjustments to the localization settings.
Setting Local Settings
- From the main navigation menu on the left click on ADMINISTRATION.
- The ACCOUNT SETTINGS page will open and the localization settings are found in the General Settings section.
- Select the drop-down arrow for each item to select a desired setting. These changes are global and will apply to all Users and cases.
Note: In the General Settings section you can also change the owner of the Case.one account.
