Localization: Language, Currency, Time, Date, Number, Time Zone, and Names

In Case.one, local settings can be set to allow for customization of the interface.  Local settings can be made for:

  • Language
  • Time Zone
  • Owner (account)
  • First Day of Week
  • Currency
  • Date
  • Time
  • Number
  • Names

Note:  You must be an Administrator to make setting adjustments to the localization settings.

Setting Local Settings

  1. From the main navigation menu on the left click on ADMINISTRATION.  
  2. The ACCOUNT SETTINGS page will open and the localization settings are found in the General Settings section.

  3. Select the drop-down arrow for each item to select a desired setting.  These changes are global and will apply to all Users and cases.

    Note:  In the General Settings section you can also change the owner of the Case.one account.
