Setting Up Quickbooks

It is a simple process to connect to the online version of Quickbooks.  The integration allows for a uni-directional sync for time slips and expenses.  With the integration set up, all invoicing and accounting should be done in Quickbooks.  It is recommended that all billable items in be marked as paid when payment has been received. 

To push data to Quickbooks simply create invoices in  Data are moved to the appropriate Quickbook accounts. 

Note:  you must have Administration privileges to enable any integration, including with Quickbooks.

  1. Log in to as an Administrator.  From the Main Menu click on ADMINISTRATION, then APPLICATIONS.
  2. Enable Quickbooks and complete settings.  In Quickbooks set up the following accounts:
