Creating a note

You can write an unlimited number of notes for any case: both public and private. Public notes will be available to all participants who have access to a particular case. Private notes will be visible only to you. Time for notes is easily logged and automatically added to an invoice.

Creating a note 

  1. From the main navigation menu on the left click on NOTES.  
  2. Click on the + button in the lower right corner of the page.
  3. Click on the Case field and select the case to which you want to add a note.
  4. In the Note field, enter the text of your comment.
  5. To make a note private, tick the Personal note box.
  6. Click the Add button.

Creating a note from a case card

  1. Open the case card.
  2. Click the NOTES tab.
  3. Click on the + button in the lower right corner of the page.
  4. In the Note field, enter the text of your comment.
  5. To make a note private, tick the Personal note box.
  6. Click the Add button.
