Requesting a system report

If you do not have enough data for the report to be produced by the system, you can request a custom report from Case.one.

  1. From the main navigation menu on the left click on REPORTS.  
  2. Click the "+" at the bottom right corner.
  3. Select the Request custom report item.
  4. In the window that appears, enter a description, specifying the required report parameters. If necessary, attach a file.
  5. To send the request, click the Send button.

Attention! If an error appears in the system report, you will see a message about it. The message allows you to download a file with report parameters and error description. Just send the file to your manager or to the support service - we will fix the error.
