Working with deposits

In the participant card you can track how much the client has already transferred to your company.

Viewing a deposit

  1. Open the Participant card.
  2. Click the TRUST tab.
  3. The card will show the amount that the client has already paid to you, and which has not yet been used in the invoices.

Adding a payment to the deposit

  1. Open the Participant card.
  2. Click the TRUST tab.
  3. Click Add Payment.
  4. Specify the method of payment: transfer or cash, the account of the company to which the money was transferred, as well as the amount of the receipt. The payment date will be set automatically, but you can change it.
  5. Similarly, you can add an unlimited number of payments.
  6. To delete a payment, click the Trash icon at the end of the line.
