Adding a document

You can attach files of different formats in the case card. The document is added to the case card or by using the DOCUMENTS section in the main menu.

  1. From the main navigation menu on the left click on DOCUMENTS.  
  2. Click on the + button in the lower right corner of the page and select Upload Files.
  3. Select one or more files that you want to upload.
  4. Specify the document type for each file.
  5. If necessary, edit the name and change the date of receipt of the document.
  6. Click the Upload button to complete the process.
