Creating invoices

The system automatically transfers all your expenses and spent time to an invoice.

To specify the elapsed time automatically, choose one of the options offered by the system on the orange bar under the trigger of the event. In the appeared line with the timer select the type of activity or edit the remaining fields. For manual input, click the "Enter Time" button on the orange bar, specify the number of hours spent, and select the type of activity.

Pay attention that the invoice was drafted, in the case you must specify the customer, as well as add costs or timekeeper report.

Creating a single invoice

  1. From the main navigation menu on the left click on BILLING.  
  2. Click on the Billable Clients folder. 
  3. Click on the "•••" icon in the line with the desired client and select Quick Invoice.
  4. The invoice for this client will automatically open in a new tab.

Creating multiple invoices at once

  1. From the main navigation menu on the left click on BILLING.  
  2. Click on the Batch Invoicing button in the lower right corner of the page.
  3. Select the clients you want to create invoices for. By default, the option All clients is selected, but you can change it.
  4. Specify the invoice content: All expenses, time paid or unpaid costs.
  5. Specify the period for which you want to generate invoices. By default, the option All time is selected, but you can change it.
  6. Click the Add button to create invoices for the specified parameters.
  7. All invoices will be generated and saved in the system automatically.
