Viewing and filtering the list of reports

All saved reports are located in the Reports section of the main menu.

 

You can filter the list of reports by creation date, modification date and title. To do this, specify the filtering parameters on the filter panel:

  • Creation date - specify the period for creating the report in the From \ To fields, or select a period from the proposed ones;
  • Modification date - indicate the period of the last modification of the report in the From \ To fields, or select a period from the proposed ones;
  • Search - start typing the name of the report. The list will contain only those that contain the entered value in the name.

Only reports that meet the filtering parameters will remain in the list.

 

You can save filtering to quickly return to it later, or switch between multiple report sets. To do this:

  1. Click button on the right side of the filter panel.
  2. Select Save.
  3. Enter the name of the filter in the field that appears.

The filtering is saved. You can now quickly filter reports by your saved set of filters. To do this, click the button on the right side of the filtering panel and select a set from the list.

Note! To move a report, you can select it in the list and drag it to the required folder.
