Invoices

Pay attention that the invoice was drafted, in the case you must specify the customer, as well as add costs or timekeeper report.

Creating an invoice

  1. On the top menu panel of a case, click the INVOICES tab.
  2. In the bottom right corner click the + button.
  3. Fill in the required fields and click the Update button.

Sending out invoices for payment

You can only send invoices payments if they are in the “Pending Approval” status.

  1. On the top menu panel of a case, click the INVOICES tab.
  2. Click the "•••" button next to the invoice that you want to send for payment.
  3. Click the Send via email button.

How to reopen an invoice

You can only reopen invoices that are in the “Pending Approval” status.

  1. On the top menu panel of a case, click the INVOICES tab.
  2. Click the ID number of an invoice you want to open.

How to download an invoice

  1. On the top menu panel of a case, click the INVOICES tab.
  2. Open the invoice that you are interested in by clicking on the invoice ID.
  3. Click the Preview tab.
  4. Click on the Download icon in the lower right corner of the page.

How to delete an invoice

  1. On the top menu panel of a case, click the INVOICES tab.
  2. Click the "•••" button next to the invoice that you want to delete.
  3. Click the Delete button.
  4. Confirm the deletion by clicking Yes, delete.
