Moving a document to another folder

Documents can be moved to another folder at any time.

  1. From the main navigation menu on the left click on DOCUMENTS or select Documents tab from the case card.
  2. Click on the icon at the end of the line with the document name and select Move.
  3. In the list that appears, select the folder where you want to move the document.
  4. Click the Move button.
    Note: You can also move the document from one folder to another by using the Drag & Drop method, drag the file while holding down the left mouse button.
