Documents can be moved to another folder at any time.
- From the main navigation menu on the left click on FILES or select Documents tab from the case card.
- Click on the "•••" icon at the end of the line with the document name and select Move.
- In the list that appears, select the folder where you want to move the document.
- Confirm the action by clicking Move.
Note: You can also move the document from one folder to another by using the Drag & Drop method, drag the file while holding down the left mouse button.
