Editing and deleting types of cases

Existing types of cases can be edited and deleted, as well as archived.

  1. From the main navigation menu on the left click on ADMINISTRATION.  
  2. In the left sidebar, select PRACTICE AREAS.
  3. In the general list, click on the type you want to edit.
  4. Make changes to the block with the main information: edit the name or abbreviation.
  5. Swap or drag new blocks or fields from the left panel Blocks/Fields.
  6. Click the Save button.


  7. To delete a case type, go back to the general list and click on the icon next to the desired name.
  8. Select Delete.
  9. A pop-up window will tell you how many actual cases are currently tied to this type of case.
  10. Confirm the deletion by clicking Delete, or decline the action.
