Adding a new data block when creating a task type

Adding a new block when creating a new task type.

  1. From the main navigation menu on the left click on ADMINISTRATION.  
  2. In the left sidebar, select PRACTICE AREA.
  3. Click on the + icon to create a new case type.
  4. In the left panel Blocks / Fields select the Blocks tab and drag the string New block in the case card.
  5. Specify the settings of the block:
    • Enter a name
    • Select type: single or repeatable
    • Add a description.
  6. Click Apply to have the new block added to the case card.
  7. To cancel the action, click Delete and confirm the action.

 

Adding a new block when editing the case type.

  1. From the main navigation menu on the left click on ADMINISTRATION.  
  2. In the left sidebar, select PRACTICE AREA.
  3. Click on one of the previously created case types. In the left panel Blocks/Fields select the Blocks tab and drag the New block line to the case card using Drag & Drop.
  4. Specify the block settings:
    • Enter a name
    • Select type: single or repeatable
    • Add a description.
  5. Click Apply to have the new block added to the case card.
  6. To cancel the action, click Delete and confirm the action.
