Adding and removing a deposit

You can add several invoices, which will receive deposits of clients.

  1. From the main navigation menu on the left click on ADMINISTRATION.  
  2. Select Billing settings → go to the Trust Accounts tab.
  3. Click the New Account button to add a new invoice.
  4. Specify the account name, bank, invoice number, SWIFT code and currency used.

Note: The new account will be saved automatically.

trust_accounts.gifTo delete an account, click the Trash icon at the end of the line.


Note: you cannot delete an invoice that is used in the created payments. To delete such an invoice, you first need to exclude it from payments.
