Viewing and filtering the case list

Many projects and cases can be created within the same folder. To quickly find what you need, use the filters or the quick search bar.

Using Filters

  1. In the left navigation menu on the Home Page click on CASES.
  2. Select one of your folders or the All cases folder.
  3. Use the filtering of cases on various parameters:
    - Open/Active or Closed/Archived
    - Date of creation
    - Practice area
    - Participants
    - Author
    - for additional parameters, click the More filters button.
  4. Select the filter variable, then click outside of the selected drop-down list and case list will automatically be filtered.

Search Bar

  1. In the left navigation menu on the Home Page click on CASES.
  2. Select one of your folders or the All cases folder.
  3. Click on the magnifying glass in the top right corner to bring up the search bar
  4. Type in what you are looking for and the cases will automatically be filtered

Contextual search line will help you search for cases and projects for any of their attributes. Click on the Magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner and enter the text.

View the list of cases broken down by stages

  1. In the main menu, open the Cases section.
  2. Select the view_cases_icon.jpg icon to the left of the filters to view the case thumbnails organized  by stages.
  3. In the menu on the left, select the type of case.
  4. Cases are grouped in stages specified in the selected type of cases.
